MAC LIPSTICK: DIVA AND COLD HARD CASH

They say a woman can never have to many lip products. Can she? My obsession with lipsticks is growing quicker than Filipino population.  

It's been awhile since the last time I got my MAC lipstick that's why when I learned that MAC Cosmetics is having a promotion in celebration of Single's Day, I immediately purchased online. I got Cold Hard Cash shade on sale plus full size of Diva for FREE! What a deal. *I'm on cloud nine that time*

So let's talk about these babies!

MAC DIVA

MAC Matte Lipstick DIVA comes packaged in standard 3g MAC lipstick. It has vanilla scent which is mild and not bothersome at all.

I'm actually not into dark lips but DIVA is a dark lip perfection. You ca use it as a stain but I am surely going to use the color in full intensity to achieve that sexy vampy look. I like that it is creamy matte which will not dry out my lips.

I highly recommend this color. It has the best to offer in terms of pigmentation, color pay off and texture.


MAC COLD HARD CASH

This matte lipstick is  under Colour Rocker colletion that is made to rock out with a wide array of rebellious shades. Exciting, isn't?

This shade is a creamy neutral taupe with warm undertones. It had nearly opaque pigmentation. The texture was a bit thicker but the formula was comfortable to wear and neither drying nor hydrating onto my lips.

It also comes packaged in standard 3g MAC lipstick.

I am not fan of this shade. I guess the color doesn't compliment my skin tone but I must say that I have nothing against this lipstick. The color lasted on my lips for hours without retouch. I think this is so edgy and great to wear during colder seasons.
